The Rundlestone Lodge is often chosen for its convenient location, with a short walk to Banff's town center and complimentary bus passes that make accessing shopping and attractions, even the gondola, easy. Many appreciate the free underground parking, especially convenient during busy periods. Rooms are generally considered spacious, often featuring amenities like mini-fridges, coffee makers, and kettles, though some guests have noted that the hotel could use a facelift and found the AC settings limiting. The room was spacious and very clean. the location is accessible (a short walk to downtown). i received complimentary access for bus rides. It was awesome. i appreciated the free bus pass.
I noticed the air conditioning was not very effective. it struggled to keep the room cool enough. This needs attention.
